Main roles and responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction site operations
- Manage site supervisors, subcontractors, and field workers
- Ensure projects follow schedules and meet deadlines.
- Monitor construction quality and compliance with plans and specifications.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and logistics
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on-site
- Resolve site problems and operational delays quickly
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers
- Track project progress and prepare operational reports
- Control site costs and reduce operational inefficiencies
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and machinery
- Pick up materials from the suppliers
