Main roles and responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily construction site operations
  • Manage site supervisors, subcontractors, and field workers
  • Ensure projects follow schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Monitor construction quality and compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and logistics
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on-site
  • Resolve site problems and operational delays quickly
  • Communicate with project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers
  • Track project progress and prepare operational reports
  • Control site costs and reduce operational inefficiencies
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and machinery
  • Pick up materials from the suppliers
